Digital Video Support: option 3

Data911 offers support for Digital Video software and hardware from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss possible issues with your hardware, software, installations or to ask about available upgrades to your software.

Video Support for MDVii Clients:

If you are experiencing issues viewing video, it may be because the xvid codec is not installed by default on your Windows PC. The installation for that codec is available from https://www.xvid.com/download/

Please choose one of the “Xvid for Windows” mirrors to initiate the download and once the download is available, continue through the installation, using the defaults to move to the next window.
